Mandatory Skills – Executive, Product Compliance
1. Product & Material Compliance (Mandatory)
- Strong understanding of global material compliance regulations:
- EU REACH
- EU RoHS
- TSCA
- California Proposition 65
- PFAS regulations
- Conflict Minerals
- SCIP (preferred)
- Ability to interpret recent regulations and assess business impact.
2. Engineering Knowledge
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials,Electrical
- Understanding of:
- Product BOMs (Bill of Materials)
- Components and assemblies
- Materials (Metals, Plastics, Elastomers, Coatings)
- Manufacturing processes
3.Must understand:
- Drawing Reading
- Product BOM
