Role Description
The Commission Sales Associate is a full time, hybrid role based in Mumbai, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.



This role focuses on generating new business, nurturing leads, and closing sales across Priodemy’s portfolio of software solutions, particularly in education, productivity, and enterprise segments. Day-to-day responsibilities include prospecting and outreach via calls, emails, and meetings; presenting product demos; understanding customer needs; and recommending suitable Priodemy solutions. The associate will maintain an organized pipeline, track activities in CRM tools, and collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and offers. Performance will be measured by sales targets and commission-based earnings, supported by ongoing training on Priodemy’s products and sales processes.
