Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, monitor, and successfully complete civil construction projects.
- Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
- Supervise site activities to ensure work is executed according to drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and statutory requirements.
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and procurement activities.
- Review project reports, daily progress reports, and MIS documentation.
- Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
- Resolve technical and operational issues during project execution.
- Conduct project review meetings and provide regular updates to management.
- Ensure proper documentation, billing coordination, and project handover.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- PMP certification will be an added advantage.
