Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated Assistant Sales Manager to join our team in Lucknow. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will manage a team of sales professionals to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.



Responsibilities include building and maintaining strong relationships with real estate developers, supporting team members in closing deals, analyzing market trends, and contributing to strategic sales planning. The role requires a dynamic individual capable of ensuring consistent performance and efficient execution of sales processes.

Qualifications
- Robust skills in Sales, Team Leadership, and Client Relationship Management
- Proficiency in Strategic Sales Planning and Market Analysis
- Familiarity with Real Estate Industry trends and practices
- Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Interpersonal skills
- Proactive approach with strong Decision-Making and Problem-Solving skills
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow and collaborate effectively within a team
- A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Previous experience in Real Estate Sales or a similar role is a plus
