About the Role:

NovelVox is seeking an experienced Project Lead / Technical Lead to drive the successful delivery of enterprise-grade software solutions. The ideal candidate will possess robust technical expertise in Java-based applications, hands-on experience in software architecture and development, and proven leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams, project execution, and client engagements.

This role requires a balance of technical leadership, project management, stakeholder communication, and team mentoring to ensure high-quality product delivery aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead the design, development, enhancement, and maintenance of scalable enterprise applications. • Define technical architecture, coding standards, development best practices, and quality benchmarks. • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to secure coding and performance standards. • Drive technical discussions, solution design, and architectural decisions. • Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root cause analysis.



Project Management • Own project planning, estimation, execution, and delivery timelines. • Manage project scope, risks, dependencies, and resource allocation. • Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to delivery schedules. • Collaborate with Product, QA, DevOps, and Support teams for successful releases. • Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and Agile ceremonies. Stakeholder Management • Act as the primary technical point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. • Translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Provide regular project status updates, risk assessments, and mitigation plans. • Work closely with customers to understand requirements and resolve escalations.
