Overview -
A content- and UX-led digital lead responsible for the day-to-day management, design, and performance of our client's multi-site web ecosystem, built primarily on
HubSpot, Unbounce, and Sitecore
.
Serves as the central point of coordination between Digital, Marketing, CRM, Technology, and stakeholder teams — owning website content, landing page design, and governance, and acting as the liaison to technical teams whenever a tech issue needs to be logged, tracked, or resolved.
This is a content, UX, and project-management role — not a developer or software engineering role. The person in this role does not write custom code; they build and design pages using existing templates, modules, and the native drag-and-drop builders in HubSpot and Unbounce, and manage content within Sitecore's authoring setting.
Requirements - Important
Candidates must be able to speak to hands-on, project-level work — not just a tool listed on a resume — in all three of the following:
•
HubSpot CMS
— building and publishing pages/landing pages using HubSpot's drag-and-drop editor, modules,
and templates (HubSpot CRM/marketing-hub exposure is a strong plus).
•
Sitecore
— managing and updating website content within Sitecore's CMS/authoring environment.
Responsibilities -
• Own day-to-day website content management — new pages, campaign landing pages, website launches, updates, and content-related issue resolution.
• Act as the central owner of the website content ecosystem, coordinating with marketing, CRM, and technology teams to ensure integrations (Salesforce forms, Calendly, tracking tools) function correctly.
• Liaise with technical teams to log, track, and resolve tech-related issues on the website — the bridge between business/content requirements and technical execution.
• Plan and design landing page layouts based on content provided, applying UX principles for clarity, usability, and conversion — using existing templates and modules in HubSpot and Unbounce,
