We are hiring an experienced Chartered Accountant (CA) to oversee finance, accounting, taxation, and compliance functions for our organization. The candidate should have solid experience in handling complete CA-related activities along with prior experience in the real estate industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, and finalization of accounts.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC compliance, and other statutory requirements.
- Manage project accounting, cost analysis, budgeting, cash flow planning, and financial controls.
- Prepare MIS reports, financial statements, and management reports for decision-making.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and government authorities.




- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Monitor accounts payable, receivable, vendor payments, and fund management.
- Ensure accurate financial records and timely submission of regulatory filings.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 8-12 years of relevant experience.
- Mandatory experience in a real estate company or real estate project accounting.
- Strong knowledge of taxation, accounting standards, financial planning, and compliance.
- Proficiency in ERP software, MS Excel, and financial analysis.
- Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
