Job Description:

5+ years of full AI Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) experience designing, developing, and implementing large-scale machine learning/Gen AI applications.

Top 3 Must Have Skills:

•Production AI Engineering (Python) — building and operationalizing ML/GenAI services with robust software engineering fundamentals.

•Platform mindset + reuse — building shared components/templates/patterns used by multiple teams (not one off implementations).

•Operational readiness for AI — monitoring/telemetry, production maintenance practices, and reliability-focused troubleshooting.

Nice to Have Skills:

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS),



Engineering or related technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training

• Experience building platform capabilities for AI/ML or GenAI solutions in a regulated/enterprise environment including registry patterns (tool/agent registries, private registries), grounding patterns (retrieval + memory + context budgeting) and production hardening, reference implementations/accelerators that drive adoption at scale etc.

• Prior experience developing and implementing generative-based AI solutions using Large-Language Models (LLMs) (e.g., Open AI GPT, Google Gemini, Llama)

• Exposure to cloud ML tooling and MLOps practices in enterprise environments.

• Airline Industry experience
