We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-driven Associate Product Operations professional who can help streamline product operations, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure smooth product launches and ongoing improvements.
Role: Associate Product Operations

Key Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Product team to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives.
- Coordinate with Product Managers, Engineering, Design, Business, and Operations teams to track feature development and releases.
- Maintain product documentation, SOPs, release notes, and process workflows.
- Monitor product issues, bugs, and enhancement requests, ensuring timely resolution with relevant stakeholders.
- Track product performance metrics and prepare reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validate new features before release.
- Gather customer feedback from internal and external stakeholders and help prioritize operational improvements.
- Manage product backlogs, tickets, and workflows using tools like Jira or similar platforms.
- Ensure timely communication of product updates, releases, and operational changes across teams.
- Identify process gaps and recommend automation or operational improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Support onboarding and training for internal teams on new product features and workflows.
Requirements
- 1 3 years of experience in Product Operations, Product Management, Business Operations, Project Coordination, or a similar role.
- Experience working in a startup or quick-paced workplace is preferred.
