Job Summary

TopCop Alliance is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to develop strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and client visits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable company services.
- Conduct meetings, presentations, and follow-ups with prospective clients.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and commercial offers in coordination with the management team.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as assigned.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.




- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Collect market feedback and provide insights to improve business strategies.
- Participate in promotional activities, networking events, and business development initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong convincing and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Positive knowledge of MS Office and email communication.
- Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and field visits.

Experience
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client acquisition preferred.
