About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Catalog Executive to manage and optimize product listings across e-commerce marketplaces and platforms. The ideal candidate should have experience handling product catalogs, ensuring data accuracy, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and maintaining high-quality product information to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and maintain product listings across various e-commerce platforms and marketplaces.
- Ensure product titles, descriptions, specifications, pricing, images, and attributes are accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate with design, content, and operations teams to ensure timely catalog updates.
- Manage bulk uploads and catalog revisions using Excel and platform-specific tools.
- Monitor product listings for errors, missing information, or compliance issues and resolve them proactively.
- Optimize product content to improve discoverability and customer experience.
- Maintain catalog hygiene by regularly reviewing and updating product information.




- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to launch new products and update existing listings.
- Generate and maintain catalog-related reports as required.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1+ year of experience in catalog management, e-commerce operations, or marketplace management.
- Experience working with platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar marketplaces is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Macros, VBA, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, advanced formulas, and bulk data handling.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Positive communication and coordination abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with product information management (PIM) tools.
- Basic understanding of SEO for product listings.
- Experience with bulk listin
