What s the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced .Net Lead Developer with 8 10 years of hands-on experience to join our Software Development team. You will be responsible for designing and developing high-performance, scalable Windows-based applications and APIs using .Net Framework. The ideal candidate possesses deep technical expertise in C#, .Net, and Windows Services, coupled with a solid understanding of Entity Framework and SQL Server. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities/ Duties
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using .NET (C# .NET WPF, WinUI, ASP.NET Core), Web API
- Architect and implement robust system-level designs, prioritizing maintainability, scalability, performance and security
- Collaborate effectively with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to deliver user-centric solutions
- Write clean, productive, and reusable code,



ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices Conduct thorough code reviews and ensure high code quality across the entire development team
- Mentor and guide junior developers, providing technical direction and fostering skill growth
- Design and optimize database schemas, specifically for SQL Server.
- Participate actively in DevOps and CI/CD processes to streamline deployment and delivery
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in both production and development environments
- Demonstrate strong debugging skills and the ability to work independently, taking full ownership of tasks
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices to drive continuous improvemen

Criteria for the Role

The successful candidate must have 8+ years of hands-on development experience and strong expertise in:
