Key Responsibilities :

Product Training
- Design and deliver product training programs on water tanks, pipes, fittings, and other building products for internal sales teams and external stakeholders including plumbers, contractors, dealers, and distributors.
- Ensure participants develop strong technical product knowledge, application understanding, and competitive differentiation.

Sales Capability Development
- Conduct structured sales process training to strengthen consultative selling, objection handling, negotiation, customer engagement, and conversion skills for field sales and marketing teams.
- Coach teams on best sales practices to improve productivity and business performance.

Behavioural & Soft Skills Training
- Facilitate behavioural training programs covering communication, relationship management, presentation skills, teamwork, customer-centricity, and skilled effectiveness.
- Build confidence and leadership capabilities within field teams.

Training Content Development
- Develop and continuously update engaging learning content including presentations,



facilitator guides, participant handbooks, product catalogues, digital learning modules, assessments, quizzes, and training manuals.
- Ensure all training materials remain accurate, relevant, and aligned with evolving business requirements.

Training Effectiveness & Performance Measurement
- Measure learning outcomes through assessments, feedback surveys, post-training evaluations, and performance tracking.
- Monitor knowledge retention and recommend corrective learning interventions wherever required.

Capability Gap Analysis
- Partner with Sales Leadership and Regional Managers to identify competency gaps and design targeted capability-building initiatives.
- Recommend learning solutions based on business priorities and field performance.

Market Intelligence
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, customer needs, competitor offerings, and new product launches to keep training
