- (e.g., Warehouse Manager, Distribution Manager, Operations Supervisor, Supply Chain roles)
- Perform
market mapping, talent mapping, and competitor research
- Identify and engage
passive candidates
through headhunting and cold calling
- Build
longlists and shortlists
for senior and mid-level roles
- Partner with hiring managers / stake
