Role Responsibilities -

As a Lead, Observability Engineeryou’ll play a meaningful role in building, scaling, and embedding enterprise‑grade observability across our technology landscape, enabling reliable, secure, and high‑performing services.

We own and continuously evolve our observability platform across logs, metrics, traces, APM, RUM, monitoring, and security use cases.

We define and implement reusable observability standards for dashboards, alerting, and logging across engineering and business domains.

Embed observability into cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring telemetry quality and automation by develop.

We partner with engineering, SRE, security, and operations teams to improve incident detection, service reliability, and time to resolution
