Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) operations.
- Manage Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, and Supplier Information.
- Drive RFx activities including RFQ creation, bid analysis, and supplier evaluation.
- Review and release Purchase Orders while ensuring timely order fulfillment.
- Resolve supplier queries and expedite critical purchase orders.
- Maintain procurement master data and ensure process compliance.
- Drive procurement transformation, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans.
- Lead governance meetings with customers and stakeholders.
- Prepare project status reports and present updates to senior management and clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless procurement delivery.

Required Skills:
- 15+ years of experience in Procurement and Sourcing Operations.
- Strong expertise in the complete Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle.




- Experience in Supplier Management, Strategic Sourcing, and RFx processes.
- Strong Team Management, Stakeholder Management, and Escalation Management skills.
- Proven experience in Procurement Master Data Management.
- Solid Project Management and analytical capabilities.
- Expertise in Root Cause Analysis and process improvement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Technical Skills:
- SAP, JDE, Ariba, or similar procurement platforms.
- Spend Analytics.
- Contract Management.
- Catalogue Management.
- Power BI dashboards.
- Supply Chain Planning tools.
