Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Generate new business opportunities across
Enterprise, Government (Central/State/PSU), and SMB
segments.
- Drive sales for
Cybersecurity, SOC, NOC, Managed IT Services, Cloud Solutions, IT Infrastructure, and Networking Solutions
.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with enterprise customers, government departments, system integrators, and channel partners.
- Conduct customer meetings,



solution presentations, product demonstrations, and technical discussions.
- Understand customer IT infrastructure and cybersecurity requirements to recommend suitable solutions.
- Prepare proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, GeM bids, quotations, and negotiate commercial agreements.
- Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Technical, SOC, NOC, and Operations teams for solution design and delivery.
- Manage the complete sales lifecycle from lead generation to successful closure.
- Maintain CRM records, sales forecasts, and pipeline reports.
- Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of B2B sales experience
in
Cybersecurity, Government Sales, Networking, Cloud, Manage
