Role Summary

The Senior Inside Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing and mentoring the Inside Sales team, converting inbound and outbound leads into business opportunities, and ensuring achievement of sales targets. The role requires strong leadership, customer relationship management, sales strategy execution, and performance monitoring.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Management
- Drive sales revenue through effective lead conversion and customer acquisition.




- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve conversion rates and customer retention.
- Monitor pipeline health and sales performance metrics.
Team Management
- Lead, train, mentor, and motivate the Inside Sales team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and coaching sessions.
- Set individual and team KPIs and monitor achievement.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes and CRM updates.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate steel solutions.
- Resolve customer concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with Field Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Logistics teams for seamless order execution.
Business Development
- Identify new business opportunities and market segments.
