About the role

As aPrincipal Engineer, you will be the first level of technical escalation for M365 Intune. We will count on you to be an expert in M365 portal administration and very good understanding of license and subscription. Along the way, you will get to:
- Serve as the final escalation point for complex Microsoft 365-related incidents, problems, and service requests.
- Analyze, diagnose, and resolve critical issues impacting the availability and performance of Microsoft 365 services.
- Design and implement advanced configurations in Microsoft Exchange Online, including hybrid deployments and advanced mail flow scenarios.
- Perform mailbox migrations and implement high-availability solutions.

2. SME, Shift lead. Shift supervision. Review INCs / SRs.

Expert in M365 portal administration and very positive understanding of license and subscription.
4. Proficient in all Office 365 workload- Exchange Online, Teams, SPO OneDrive.

Desired skill set-
- Should be an expert of Azure Identity and authentication.

Understanding of EXO, Intune, SPO, Azure AD, SSO, Teams, MDO, MDE, MS Purview, MS Viva
