Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced
Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll Consultant
with strong expertise in
Oracle Fusion Global Payroll
and
GCC Payroll implementations
(UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end payroll configuration, payroll processing, statutory compliance, and payroll testing while ensuring adherence to GCC labor laws and Wage Protection System (WPS) requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of
Oracle Fusion Global Payroll
.
- Configure and maintain payroll elements, payroll definitions, earnings, deductions, balances, fast formulas, and payroll flows.
- Configure payroll for
GCC countries
including
UAE, Saudi Arabia (KSA), and Qatar
.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws,



statutory regulations, social insurance, gratuity, and
Wage Protection System (WPS)
requirements.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll solutions.
- Perform payroll configuration, testing, validation, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Execute payroll parallel runs, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and defect resolution.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless payroll operations.
- Support payroll integrations with Core HR, Time & Labor, Absence Management, Finance, and third-party systems.
- Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, test scripts, and user documentation.
- Provide production support and troubleshoot payroll-related issues.
