Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations & Manual Testing Executive to support day-to-day operational activities and ensure product quality through manual testing. This role requires close coordination with internal teams, careful monitoring of platform workflows, and thorough validation of web and mobile application features. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling both operational responsibilities and quality assurance tasks in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:Operations




- Manage day-to-day operational activities across the platform
- Monitor workflows, reports, uploads, and admin panel processes
- Maintain operational trackers, records, and status updates
- Identify process gaps, inconsistencies, and execution issues
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution and follow-ups
- Support content flow management and operational escalations
- Ensure timely completion of assigned operational tasks

Manual Testing
- Perform manual testing of web, Android, and iOS applications
- Validate new features, bug fixes, and release updates
- Prepare and execute test cases, test scenarios, and checklists
- Identify, document, and report defects with clear reproduction steps
- Conduct regression, smoke, and sanity testing
- Re-test resolved issues and confirm successful implementation
- Verify UI, functionality, and end-to-end user flows
- Ensure a smooth and consistent user exper
