Role Description
The Guest Relations Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences across JadeCaps properties. This role involves greeting guests, managing check-ins and check-outs,



and handling inquiries through in-person, phone, and digital channels in a professional and courteous manner. The Guest Relations Associate will assist with reservations, coordinate with operations and housekeeping teams, and ensure that guest requests and issues are resolved promptly. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate guest records, sharing local recommendations, monitoring feedback, and escalating concerns when needed. The role also involves supporting standard operating procedures, promoting JadeCaps’ brands, and contributing to a consistent, high-quality hospitality experience.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess robust Guest Services and Guest Service skills focused on creating positive, memorable experiences.
