About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Executive to support our affiliate marketing and partnership growth initiatives. The ideal candidate will have experience in affiliate marketing, business development, or partnership management and possess the ability to identify, approach, and onboard new affiliate partners and campaigns.

The role will play a key part in expanding our affiliate network, securing partnership opportunities, and contributing to overall business growth through strategic outreach and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and apply for relevant affiliate campaigns and partnership opportunities across multiple affiliate networks.
- Build and maintain relationships with affiliate managers, advertisers, agencies, and strategic partners.
- Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, and other channels to establish recent partnership opportunities.
- Prepare personalized pitches,



proposals, and partnership presentations tailored to prospective partners.
- Manage campaign applications, approvals, and onboarding processes.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful execution and optimization of affiliate campaigns.
- Monitor partnership performance and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Stay updated with industry trends, affiliate marketing developments, and emerging partnership opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, partnerships, and campaign statuses.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months- 1 year of experience in CPS- Business Development, Affiliate Marketing, Partnerships, or a related field.
