BPO Customer Support Executive – International Process (US & UK Clients)

Work Schedule

• Shift: Night Shift Only

• Working Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM

• Working Days: Monday to Friday

• Weekly Offs: Saturday & Sunday

Salary

• Up to ₹20,000/- In Hand

• Salary will be offered based on communication skills, interview performance, and overall suitability.

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Executive, you will:

• Communicate professionally with customers from the US and UK.

• Handle customer queries through voice calls.

• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.





• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during customer interactions.

• Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.

• Record and update customer information accurately in the system.

• Follow company policies and quality standards during every interaction.

• Coordinate with internal teams whenever required for issue resolution.

• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.

Eligibility Criteria

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Graduate in any stream (Bachelor's degree is mandatory).

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Experienced candidates from BPO or Customer Support are also encouraged to apply.

• Excellent verbal communication skills in English are mandatory.

• Ability to speak clearly, confidently, and professionally.

• Comfortable communicating with international customers.

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Off
