Role Description
The Attendance & Payroll Assistant role is a full time, on-site position based in Ghatkopar, Mumbai. The role involves maintaining daily attendance records, updating employee time sheets, and coordinating with HR and department heads to resolve attendance discrepancies. The assistant is responsible for preparing payroll inputs, verifying salary calculations, and ensuring accurate processing of wages, deductions, and benefits. Additional tasks include supporting payroll tax documentation,



assisting with monthly and annual payroll reports, and responding to employee queries related to attendance and pay. The role also requires maintaining organized records, adhering to company policies, and meeting payroll deadlines.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Payroll Services and Payroll Administration.
- Candidates should possess skills in Payroll Management and Payroll Taxes.
- Candidates should possess skills in Accounting and basic financial record-keeping.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and payroll or HRIS software.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and ability to work with confidential information.
- Effective communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple departments.
- Prior experience in payroll or HR support roles is preferred.
- A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, HR, or a related field is beneficial.
