Role Description
The Performance Marketing Manager will lead data-driven digital campaigns to acquire and retain customers across paid channels, with a focus on measurable growth and ROI. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing performance marketing strategies, managing budgets, optimizing campaigns,



and analyzing performance across platforms such as search, social, display, and other paid media. The role involves collaborating with design, content, and product teams to develop high-converting creatives and landing pages, conducting A/B tests, and using analytics tools to identify opportunities for scaling successful campaigns. The manager will also track key metrics, prepare performance reports, and present insights and recommendations to stakeholders. This is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.

Qualifications
- Strong performance marketing skills across paid channels, including paid search, paid social, display advertising, and retargeting.
- Proficiency with analytics and optimization tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads Manager, Meta Ads Manager, and A/B testing platforms.
