We build and manage brand presence across social media, SEO, and paid media for clients across sectors including manufacturing, real estate, and healthcare. Our experiential arm, ElevateLive, brings brand stories to life through large-format events and campaigns.

The Role

We're looking for an SMM Executive to join our social media team in Kolkata. You'll own the day-to-day management of client social media handles — planning content, writing captions, engaging with communities, and tracking what's working — while working closely with our creative and video teams to bring campaigns to life.

What You'll Do
- Plan and maintain content calendars for client social media handles across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms
- Write captions and short-form copy aligned to each brand's tone of voice




- Schedule and publish content using social media management tools
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and community interactions
- Coordinate with the creative and video teams to brief and source content assets (posts, reels, carousels)
- Track page/account performance — reach, engagement, follower growth — and compile basic reporting
- Keep an eye on platform trends, formats, and competitor activity to inform content ideas
- Support live coverage of events and campaigns when required (e.g., stories/reels from shoots or activations)

What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or a related field
- Genuine interest in social media, content, and brand storytelling
- Strong written communication skills — comfortable writing in different brand voices
- Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn from a business/brand perspective (not just personal use)
- Basic understandi
