About the Role
You’ll support recruiters in Kenya as part of the Talent Acquisition Operations team in Kuala Lumpur.
Your work helps ensure candidates, hiring teams, and partners experience a smooth and responsive hiring process in a fast‑paced environment where priorities can change and timelines are often time‑sensitive. You will report to the Recruiting Supervisor.
What You’ll Do
- Keep recruitment moving by coordinating end‑to‑end activity across requisitions, interviews, and offers, ensuring steps are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Provide a consistent candidate experience by managing communications across inboxes and systems, and responding clearly and professionally throughout the hiring process.
- Enable better hiring decisions by preparing accurate interview packs, collecting and organizing feedback, and helping close loops with candidates.
