The Sales Specialist plays a critical role in the homebuying journey by acting as the first point of contact for potential customers. You will help understand buyer requirements, qualify leads, and connect them with the right advisors — ensuring every customer interaction begins with clarity and trust.

Sales Specialists work closely with our Advisor and Research teams to ensure customers receive relevant project insights and a seamless experience from the first conversation.

What You’ll Do
- Understand buyer needs through calls, meetings and persistent follow-ups
- Qualify incoming leads and route high-intent buyers to the right advisors
- Conduct discovery calls to understand budget, lifestyle preferences, & project requirements
- Share brochures, specifications, pricing,



and relevant project insights with customers
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-ups and clear communication
- Maintain lead records, updates, and feedback in the CRM system
- Stay updated on market trends, builder launches, and project inventories
