Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) with Fresher to 1 year of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to sales, and the ability to generate and nurture business opportunities. You will play a key role in expanding our client base, building strong relationships, and contributing to the company's growth.

Key Responsibilities:
✅ Generate leads through LinkedIn, email campaigns,Upwork,PPH, social media, and other channels
✅ Identify potential clients and business opportunities
✅ Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends
✅ Reach out to prospects through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and online platforms
✅ Schedule meetings and follow up with potential clients




✅ Build and maintain robust client relationships
✅ Prepare proposals, presentations, and business documents
✅ Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to achieve business goals
✅ Maintain accurate records of leads and client interactions

Required Skills:
✔ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
✔ Knowledge of LinkedIn and online lead generation techniques
✔ Basic understanding of SEO and Digital Marketing concepts
✔ Ability to handle client interactions professionally
✔ Good organizational and time-management skills
✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
✔ Strong sales and client communication skills with the ability to handle inbound/outbound calls, manage email correspondence, understand client requirements, ✔Convert leads into potential business opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications:
-BCA, MCA, B.Tech, BBA, MBA (Marketing), or related degree.
