Position Overview
- 20+ years of enterprise IT Services sales experience with proven GCC business development success.
- Currently in a leadership role (VP/AVP/Director/Senior Director/Business Unit Head or equivalent).
- Strong track record of winning multi-million-dollar IT services deals and expanding strategic accounts.
- Well-connected with GCC technology decision-makers and experienced in selling Digital Engineering, QA, AI, Cloud, Data, or Enterprise Application Services.
- Lead and execute the GCC sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth objectives.
- Acquire and grow strategic GCC and enterprise accounts in India.
- Own the end-to-end sales lifecycle from prospect identification to deal closure.
- Drive large IT Services, Digital Engineering, Quality Engineering, AI, Cloud, and Data transformation engagements.
- Build a healthy sales pipeline with accurate forecasting and mentor high-performing sales teams.
