The Role
Support day-to-day operations for our product line — order fulfillment, inventory, and marketplace management — while getting hands-on exposure to running a D2C brand end-to-end.
What You'll Do
- Track and coordinate order fulfillment across our website, Amazon, and Flipkart
- Monitor stock levels for our product line and coordinate restocking/reprints with vendors
- Manage product listings (pricing, stock status, images, descriptions) across all channels
- Coordinate with courier/logistics partners on shipping and delay resolution
- Handle damaged/incorrect item claims and customer queries related to fulfillment
- Maintain trackers for orders, inventory, and vendor payments
- Support basic ops admin — invoicing, vendor follow-ups, reconciliation
- Help spot and fix process gaps as the product line grows
What We're Looking For
- Organised, detail-oriented, comfortable juggling multiple channels
- Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets; quick to learn tools like Shopify, Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub
- Explicit communicator, good with vendor/courier follow-ups
- Interest in D2C/e-commerce operations
- Self-starter, comfortable in a small team
