Role & responsibilities

CAMP COORDINATION:
- Responsible for conducting camps at In-house and Outside for Public, Govt., Departments / IT Companies / Educational institutions.
- Travel to camp sites and ensure all arrangements for camps are carried out effectively
- Helping the clients to understand various services available at Hospital
- Identify target audiences, and Convert them into IN patient and out Patient
- preparing the camp,
- Reporting monthly on campaign performance and adhering to the planned camp

EVENT COORDINATION :
- Execute the various activities planned as per the phase wise marketing plans for example, CMES, Workshops, Patient Education Program.
- Coordinate with all the publishing material of the hospital namely: information booklet, leaflets, handbills, brochure, and other related materials. These shall include the content, design, creativity and proof reading.

LICENSING WORK (Example: DBCS, ART CENTER):
- Visit the Government office or Government Hospital and collect the Process for Licensing.




- Document collection and prepare the overall document for Licensing.
- Prepare and coordinating for feasibility Visit from Government side.
- MOU preparation coordinates with officials
- Finalizing MOU for licensing
- Organize the Data operator training for documentation with Government officials

DOCUMENT SUBMISSION:
- Submit the Monthly Bases report from the Concern Department to the Government Officials.

OTHERS :
- Research and develop marketing strategy, and evaluate success strategy
- Develop content of marketing campaigns
- Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends
- Plan various activities as per the phase wise Marketing Strategic plans to improve income of Patients.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidates with an MBA in Marketing are preferred. Prior experience in the hospital or healthcare industry will be considered an added advantage.
