Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-end in-house recruitment
- Sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn & other job portals
- Screening, interview coordination & follow-ups
- Offer rollout and onboarding support
- Maintain recruitment MIS and hiring trackers
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience
- Positive communication and sourcing skills
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and MS Excel
- Consultancy recruitment experience preferred
- Immediate joiners will be given preference
