About The Role
We are looking for an experienced
Project Manager (E-commerce)
to lead and manage end-to-end e-commerce projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, stakeholder coordination, Agile methodologies, and delivering scalable digital commerce solutions on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of e-commerce projects
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Business, Product, Development, QA, UI/UX, and Operations
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans
- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards
- Coordinate sprint planning, backlog management, and Agile ceremonies
- Drive continuous process improvement and optimize project delivery
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Project Management, with significant experience in e-commerce projects
- Proven experience delivering B2C/B2B e-commerce platforms and digital transformation initiatives
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC
- Experience working with platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, or similar is preferred
- Excellent project planning, risk management, and stakeholder management skills
- Robust communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
- Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, or Microsoft Project
- PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification is an added advantage
