About the Role
The Content Head will be responsible for developing and executing the University's content strategy to strengthen brand positioning, enhance student engagement, and support admissions through impactful storytelling across digital and offline platforms. The role requires leading a content team, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring consistency in brand communication.
Responsibilities
Content Strategy & Planning
- Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the University's branding and admission objectives.
- Create annual, quarterly, and campaign-based content calendars.
- Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
Content Creation & Management
- Lead the creation of high-quality content for:
- Website
- Social Media
- Admission Campaigns
- Print & Outdoor Branding
- Brochures & Prospectus
- Press Releases
- Email Campaigns
- Student Success Stories
- Leadership Communication
- Event Coverage
- Review, edit, and approve all content before publication.
Brand Communication
- Maintain consistency in brand tone, language, and messaging.
- Develop compelling narratives highlighting academic excellence, research, placements, global collaborations, rankings, and student achievements.
Digital Content
- Collaborate with the Digital Marketing team to create SEO-friendly, high-converting content.
- Optimize content for SEO, AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), and AI-driven search experiences.
- Support performance marketing campaigns with engaging ad copies and landing page content.
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and mentor Content Writers, Copywriters
