- Provide panel commissioning support at customer sites and handle customer complaints effectively.
- Collect complete details of any issues requiring additional work, assess the scope, and coordinate with the concerned departments for timely resolution.
- Prepare and maintain records of service reports, complaint logs, and additional work requirements.
- Coordinate with the Service, Design, and Production teams to ensure prompt resolution of customer issues.
- Follow up with customers until complaints are resolved and obtain closure confirmation.
- Identify recurring issues during commissioning and provide feedback for continuous product and process improvement.
