Role Description
The Outbound Sales Representative will focus on building and expanding JewelCasa’s retailer and showroom network through proactive outreach and relationship management. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting outbound calls and follow-ups, presenting product offerings and platform benefits, and guiding prospects through the onboarding process.



The role involves collaborating with internal teams to address customer queries, provide product recommendations based on business needs, and ensure a smooth sales experience from initial contact to order placement. This is a full time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring consistent presence at the office and occasional visits to client locations as needed.

Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in Inside Sales and Outbound Sales, preferably in B2B or e-commerce environments.
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to build trust, handle objections, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proficiency in Lead Generation, including research, prospecting, and pipeline management using CRM or similar tools.
- Ability to understand and explain product features, pricing, and value propositions clearly and persuasively.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
