Role Description
The Dotnet Developer (3 to 5 years of experience) will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining .NET-based web applications and services using .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC. Day-to-day tasks include writing clean, testable code, implementing object-oriented designs, debugging and resolving technical issues, and collaborating with team members to deliver scalable solutions.



The developer will participate in code reviews, optimize application performance, and help ensure alignment with business and technical requirements. This is a volunteer, on-site role based in Hyderabad, with close collaboration across development and training initiatives within HRA Groups.

Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications using
C# and .NET Framework/.NET Core

Develop and consume
RESTful APIs
and web services.

Build responsive applications using
ASP.NET MVC / ASP.NET Core

Write effective, optimized, and reusable code following coding standards.

Design and manage
SQL Server
databases, stored procedures, and queries.

Work with
Entity Framework
for data access and ORM.

Collaborate with UI/UX designers, developers, QA engineers, and business stakeholders.

Participate in code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
