Role Description
The Human Resources Manager at BetterInu is a full-time, in office role based in Perinthalmanna. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR operations, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations for academic, operational, and technical staff.



The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and support workforce planning aligned with the institute’s growth and learner-focused mission. They will manage payroll and benefits processes, coordinate training and development initiatives, and foster a culture of collaboration, inclusion, and continuous improvement. The role also involves partnering with leadership to support organizational development, engagement programs, and internal communication.
