Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and recruiting qualified healthcare professionals for contract, travel, and permanent positions across the United States. The recruiter will work closely with account managers and clients to ensure timely submissions while maintaining a high standard of candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Source qualified healthcare professionals using job boards, databases, social media, and other recruiting channels.
- Screen candidates to evaluate their qualifications, experience, certifications, and availability.
- Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates based on client requirements.
- Build and maintain a solid pipeline of Registered Nurses (RN), Allied Health professionals, Therapists, and other healthcare personnel.
- Coordinate candidate submissions,



interview scheduling, offer management, and onboarding activities.
- Ensure all required documents, licenses, certifications, and compliance requirements are collected and verified.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment targets, including submissions, interviews, placements, and starts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, licensing requirements, and healthcare staffing best practices.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth recruitment and onboarding process.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in US Healthcare Recruitment (preferred).
