Role & responsibilities :
- Gather and analyze business requirements for RPA initiatives.
- Conduct process assessment, process mapping, and process documentation (PDD).
- Identify automation opportunities and recommend process improvements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, and project teams to deliver RPA solutions.
- Prepare business requirement documents, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Support RPA implementation, testing, UAT, and production deployment.
- Analyze data and business processes to improve operational efficiency.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives and compliance requirements.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and project planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality automation solutions.
