JOB DESCRIPTION
- Code, design, execute, and take complete responsibility for the delivery and maintenance of software projects/products.
- Work with business groups to outline project deliverables and manage the roadmap of RD initiatives.
- Work with Technical Relationship Managers, Product Owners, and Architects to understand client-initiated RD requests.
- Act as a point of contact for managing and driving production defects to resolution.
- Tailor processes to help manage time-sensitive issues and bring them to appropriate closure.
- Coordinate with onsite and offshore teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Participate in solution design discussions and contribute to defining technical architecture.
- Engage and guide a team of highly talented technologists and mentor junior engineers in their professional growth.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and software engineering best practices.




- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to quality, automation, performance, and scalability.

REQUIREMENTS

An Engineering Bachelors Degree (BE / B.Tech / MCA or equivalent) in Computer Science with at least 10+ years of software development experience.

Technical Skills
- Candidates must have strong working knowledge of C#, .NET Core/.NET 8+, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, Entity Framework Core, LINQ, Angular, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Additionally, candidates must have worked with at least one database such as MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL.
- Solid experience in designing and developing Microservices-based architectures and enterprise-grade applications.
- Proven experience in designing scalable, maintainable, and secure software solutions.
- Good understanding and working knowledge of REST APIs, SOLID Principles, Design Patterns, debugging techniques, and logging frameworks such as ELK, S
