About the Role
Stratefix Professional Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and dynamic
Business Intelligence Head
to lead our Business Intelligence function. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients to understand their business challenges, identify improvement opportunities, define project scope, recommend suitable consulting solutions, and drive business growth through strategic consulting engagements.
This is a client-facing leadership role requiring robust business acumen, consulting expertise, and the ability to build long-term client relationships while leading a high-performing Business Intelligence team.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet clients to understand their business challenges and requirements across HR, Operations, Sales,
Finance, and other business functions.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Define project scope and recommend appropriate consulting solutions.
- Prepare and deliver business proposals, commercial quotations, and client presentations.
- Lead client discussions, presentations, and consulting engagements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Convert business opportunities into consulting projects.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the Business Intelligence team.
- Allocate client meetings and ensure timely execution of deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal consulting teams for seamless project handover and execution.
- Drive business growth by identifying new consulting opportunities.
- Monitor project progress and ensure client satisfaction throughout the engagement lifecycle.
