1. Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.

2. Conduct regular site inspections.

3. Identify and address quality issues, recommending corrective actions.

4. Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and stakeholders on quality matters.

5. Review and approve materials, workmanship, and compliance with project specifications.

6. Maintain quality records and documentation.

7. Ensure compliance with relevant standards, codes, and regulations.

Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

1. Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field.

2. Minimum 5-7 years of experience in quality management.

3. Experience in high-rise building projects preferred.

4. Knowledge of quality control standards (e.g., ISO 9001).

5. Solid communication and leadership skills.
