Job Description

Senior Business Consultant Strategy and Operations:

The Senior Business Consultant is a critical member of the Strategic Initiatives & Transformation Office (SITO) within Global Client Services. This role is responsible for ensuring the end‑to‑end execution of technical deliveries across the CS 2030 portfolio — a multi‑year transformation program global program to enable and accelerate client success.

This leader bridges business strategy and technology delivery,



acting at times as a scrum master, a product owner, and a strategic operator. They will ensure that technology capabilities delivered across all CS 2030 initiatives align with the portfolio’s strategic outcomes, support measurable business impact, and accelerate Visa’s broader Client Services transformation agenda.

The ideal candidate combines strategic acumen, technical fluency, structured problem solving, and strong cross‑functional leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Strategy & Portfolio Alignment:
