We are looking for a
Fabrication Supervisor
to join our growing team and lead fabrication activities across our shop floor and project sites.

? Location

Pune – Talwade

? Experience

2–4 Years

? Qualification
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering OR
- B.E. Mechanical Engineering

? Salary

₹5.5 LPA – ₹7 LPA

? Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily fabrication and welding activities
- Plan and monitor production schedules
- Read and interpret engineering drawings
- Ensure quality, safety, and timely project execution
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and project teams
- Train and guide fabrication personnel
- Maintain production records and drive continuous improvement

✅ Required Skills




- Team leadership and supervision
- Production planning and scheduling
- Quality control and inspection
- Welding processes and fabrication techniques
- Knowledge of fabrication drawings and standards
- Robust problem-solving and communication skills

⭐ Preferred Experience

Experience in heavy fabrication, structural steel, pressure vessels, or industrial equipment manufacturing will be an added advantage.
