Role Description
The Account Head is a full-time, on-site role based in DELHI,



responsible for leading the accounting function and overseeing financial operations for the organization. This role involves managing the preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards, and supporting audits and statutory filings. The Account Head will handle day-to-day account management activities, including monitoring receivables and payables, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and maintaining robust financial controls. The role includes supervising and mentoring the accounting team, setting performance goals, and driving process improvements to enhance accuracy and efficiency. The Account Head will also provide financial insights to management, support budgeting and forecasting, and contribute to strategic decision-making.
