About the Role

We're looking for a
Customer Support Representative
who can provide exceptional support to our customers across WhatsApp, Instagram, Email, and Phone. You'll be the first point of contact, ensuring every customer has a smooth and positive experience.

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries via WhatsApp, Email, Instagram, and Phone.
- Handle order tracking, delivery updates, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to resolve order issues.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant team when required.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and quick response times.




- Assist customers with product recommendations and sizing queries.

Requirements
- Excellent written and spoken English and Hindi.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of Shopify and CRM tools (preferred).
- Comfortable using Excel/Google Sheets.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior customer support or e-commerce experience is preferred.

Preferred Skills
- Experience handling WhatsApp Business, Instagram DMs, and email support.
- Familiarity with courier tracking and order management.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
