We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled IT Support Trainee to assist in providing technical support for hardware, software, networking, and ERP-related issues across the organization. The candidate will support daily IT operations and ensure smooth functioning of systems and business applications.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, printer, and system-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Assist in troubleshooting LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues.
- Support network setup, cabling, router, switch, and firewall configurations.
- Assist users in resolving ERP application issues and coordinate with ERP vendors or support teams when required.
- Monitor and maintain ERP user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Perform system updates, software installations, and antivirus management.
- Maintain IT asset records and inventory management.
- Assist in data backup, recovery procedures, and system security practices.




- Document technical issues and maintain service logs and reports.
- Provide support during software implementation and system upgrades.

Required Qualifications:
- Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware and operating systems.
- Knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches.
- Experience working with ERP systems or ERP support activities is preferred.
- Familiarity with Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of ERP software administration and user support.
- Understanding of network configuration and maintenance.
- Good communication.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to recent technologies.

Pay: ₹5,000.00 per month
